a great fundraising opportunity at Stadium Pizza. Did you know that fundraisers at
Stadium Pizza are a relatively quick and simple way of earning extra cash for your
organization and any special needs that you might have through out the year?
In order to have a successful fundraiser, there are a few things that we require.
Requirements:
A. All written material on the event must be pre-approved by Stadium Pizza prior
to its release.
B. All flyers and letters must state the following:
• “Fundraiser is based in the regular menu price. No coupons or specials will be
given for the fundraiser.”
• “Fundraiser is not valid on delivery.”
C. Have fun and make your night a festive one. Bring in your organization’s
banner, balloons. Etc.
We normally hold fundraisers on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings,
except during NFL season. On the evening of the event, your supporters will
dine-in, pay the regular menu price and state “they are here for the NAME OF
FUNDRAISER.” Your organization will receive 30% of the gross sales of regular
priced pizzas and menu items during the fundraiser. The more people that dine-in
on behalf of your organization, the more money you will make. Stadium Pizza will
keep track of all sales that evening and mail your organization a check of the
proceeds within 3-5 business days following the event.
